Shipping
All orders are custom made and usually completed within 24 business hours of order confirmation. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping is free worldwide and delivery typically takes 5–12 business days.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee of €30–40, depending on your country, and usually takes 4–7 business days.
During high volume periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Valentine’s Day, delivery may take longer.
Returns
Because each piece is custom made just for you, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong size, exchanges are possible. You will need to send the item back to us, and we will send the new size in return.
