GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are usually prepared within 24-72 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales or promotions. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact our customer service team through the following form.

Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas etc.)

For all orders shipped to Croatia, Slovenia and some EU countries the selected courier in charge of the transportation and delivery of your order is GLS and/or Croatian Post. Should you have any comments, questions or suggestions, please contact us. 

For international orders, orders are passed through to Croatian Post who will pass the order through international couriers.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order with your tracking number. Orders that are not received by the customer are automatically cancelled and the funds will be sent back to the customer’s bank account and/or Paypal account.
