How to place an order?
To place an order on Gemories, follow these steps:
- Add the desired item to your cart on the product page.
- Click on the “View Cart” button in the right corner.
- Proceed to checkout by clicking “Check out” at the bottom right.
- We recommend reviewing our terms of purchase before completing the order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours, with variations during promotions.
- Express Shipping (2-5 working days) is available for specific countries.
- Standard Shipping times range from 3-15 working days.
- Contact customer service for order delays during high-volume periods.

Can I cancel my order?
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
- Contact customer service immediately if cancellation is needed.
- Manual cancellation is possible through your user profile page.

Where is my order?
- A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon shipment.
- Use the tracking number to monitor the live status of your order.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
- Contact Gemories if you receive the wrong or faulty item for assistance.

What is your return policy?
- Returns accepted for various reasons within 30 days of delivery.
- Ensure products for exchange/return are in perfect condition.
- Exceptions for orders placed between November 25th and January 6th.

What is the items warranty?
- Three-month warranty on plating, oxidation, and thread; six months on silver components.
- Warranty valid against defects; excludes wear and tear or accidental abuse.
- Contact Gemories through the Returns Centre to benefit from the warranty.

- Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

- It depends on the product; check the features for engraving options.

- Personalized jewels, created on demand, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We accept returns under the following circumstances, excluding personalized items:
- I received my order in bad condition
- I got my size wrong and I'd like to change the size
- The product is not what I expected and I'd like to exchange it for another one or return it

For all orders shipped to Croatia, Slovenia and some EU countries the selected courier in charge of the transportation and delivery of your order is GLS and/or Croatian Post. Should you have any comments, questions or suggestions, please contact us.
For international orders, orders are passed through to Croatian Post who will pass the order through international couriers.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order with your tracking number. Orders that are not received by the customer are automatically cancelled and the funds will be sent back to the customer’s bank account and/or Paypal account.
